ContractsInfo makes reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, accuracy, relevance, and currency of the information supplied through its Products.

However, procurement records, company information, contract information, supplier details, and other business Data may change over time. Information obtained from third-party or public sources may also contain errors, omissions, delays, or inconsistencies.

Accordingly, ContractsInfo does not warrant or guarantee that all Data will always be:

  • complete;
  • accurate;
  • current;
  • error-free;
  • uninterrupted; or
  • suitable for a particular purpose.

The availability, format, frequency, and completeness of information may therefore vary.

ContractsInfo may update, modify, add, remove, or discontinue portions of a Product where reasonably necessary due to source availability, technical requirements, legal requirements, operational changes, or improvements to the service.

Where a specific Product includes a stated update frequency or coverage commitment, that commitment will be determined by the applicable Product description or Order.

Data Licensing and Usage Restrictions

The purchase of a ContractsInfo Product grants a licence to use the Product within the scope expressly permitted by these Terms. It does not constitute a sale or transfer of ownership of the underlying database or compilation.

Customers may retain downloaded copies for their permitted internal business use, provided that such copies remain subject to these Terms.

Customers must not use purchased Data in a way that effectively makes the ContractsInfo Product available as a substitute data service for another organisation or third party.

Any broader rights must be agreed in writing before such use occurs.

Refund and Cancellation Terms

Due to the digital nature of ContractsInfo Products, refunds may be limited once a Product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available to the customer.

  • successful payment where the purchased Product was not delivered;
  • a technical issue attributable to ContractsInfo that prevents access to the purchased Product and cannot reasonably be resolved;
  • ContractsInfo being unable to fulfil the purchased Product; or

Refund requests should be submitted promptly after the relevant issue is identified and should include the Order or transaction details necessary for review.

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the Order.

Where a Product has already been delivered or accessed, ContractsInfo may determine that a refund is unavailable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method and may be subject to the processing timelines of the applicable payment provider.

If a transaction is reversed, charged back, cancelled, or refunded after delivery of a Product, ContractsInfo may suspend or terminate the applicable licence and require the customer to stop using and, where appropriate, delete or return the affected Product or Data, subject to applicable law and any written agreement.
